Smells and looks wonderful, but I was quite unable to use it. The “balm” is so hard I cannot extract enough to apply to skin. I’ve tries standing it in hot water, but no difference. If I persist, it breaks up into small hard fragments which cannot be softened. A great pity, as it looks and smells great.
